This place had a dining area with a view, so I could pretend to be fancy while stuffing my face on the sofa. Aysgarth Falls was just a stone's throw away, for when I felt like pretending to be outdoorsy.
Oh, what a joy! No parking but plenty of cars parked all around, just to make my life easier.

No parking, but found a spot around the corner with no problems. Good location for exploring hawes center and walks.

This place was mind-blowing! The cozy atmosphere, stylish decor, and peaceful vibes made it the perfect home away from home. The wood burning stove was super cozy, the bath was divine, and the bed/bedding were like sleeping on a cloud! The location was jaw-dropping, with easy access to village facilities and walking routes. And even though there was no on-site parking, it was no problem finding a spot nearby. Plus, the wi-fi was great, the electric kettle was convenient, and the fact that pets were allowed was a major plus. Absolutely no smoking on site, which was fantastic. this place exceeded expectations and I can't wait to come back!

This place was mind-blowing! The design and decor were super trendy, creating such a chill atmosphere. I loved how close it was to all the village amenities and hiking trails. Even though there was no parking, there were zero issues finding a spot nearby. The wood burning stove was a game-changer, the bath was absolutely divine, and the bed and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud! Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the center and going on epic bike rides. Wi-fi was available, and they even had an electric kettle for quick tea breaks. Best of all, pets were allowed, so my furry friend had an amazing time too. Oh, and did I mention that it was a non-smoking property? Simply phenomenal!

Best aspects of the stay were the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the wood burning stove provided much-needed warmth and added charm to the cottage. the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, offering a cloud-like sleeping experience. the key location factor was the easy walking distance to local village facilities and access to beautiful walking routes nearby.
Worst aspects of the stay were the lack of hand soap, which was particularly disappointing considering the current climate. It would have also been helpful to have a dish drying rack in the cottage.

The nearest airport might as well have been on Mars, but at least the holiday home had a dining area, a view, and a sofa. Aysgarth Falls was so far away, it might as well have been in another galaxy. Have fun traveling to Clitheroe and Kendal, I'm sure they're worth the lightyears!
Oh dear, the dog odour on the carpets really added that extra "je ne sais quoi" to the experience.
